The mission of Artists Act Now is to draw from the talents and compassion of artists across the globe to provide aid and relief to anyone and anything in need as a result of man-made or natural catastrophes.
Eric Bayer may hail from the upper Midwest, but his soul was probably born in New Orleans. He loves steamy hot weather, riding his bike everywhere, and putting Crystal hot sauce on all his food. He followed the Mississippi down from Milwaukee, where he took classes in photography, and despite a brief spell in Seattle where he studied graphic arts, Eric has turned New Orleans into a permanent vacation. He is one-half of Moon Pie Photography in Mid City, and he can be found walking the banks of Bayou St. John in one of 65 pairs of Converse high-tops most evenings.
