Christopher Kirsch - 42, New Orleans Native. Youngest of 8 children  brought up in a Catholic household.  He started doing art at an early age, revisiting it in the mid 1990's and then after the economic downturn of 2008, he began concentrating on his art full time. He is a Self taught Painter, Print Maker, Papier Mache' Sculptor & Photographer, working mainly with found objects and salvaged architectural items. Christopher
finds his influences in the Art, Music & Culture of New Orleans. You can find him selling his art at several Art Markets & Festivals around New Orleans, including Arts Market of New Orleans (Palmer Park), Freret Market and the Gale Gallery on Jackson Square and the Attic Gallery in Vicksburg, MS. Christopher's art can be found in private collections around the world, From Japan, New Zealand. Britain to Germany. When Christopher isn't busy making art, you can find him doing odd jobs as the Folk Art Handy Man.
